With a very strong understanding of design principles, an ever-expanding knowledge base of industry standards and current marketing and design trends, and a demonstrated ability to design creatively within established brand standards as well as develop new identities based on the needs of any industry and target audience.
I currently hold a BS in Graphic Design having graduated with the honor of Magna Cum Laude and have accrued over 15 years of experience as a professional designer and marketer with over 7 years in a leadership role. I have continued to grow my skills while working in a fast paced, solution driven environment with a primary focus on creative, concept-based design and marketing while leading internal and external teams of many professions and disciplines to achieve our goal.
While growing in my career I have gained a great deal of experience in not only managing divers' teams of internal personnel and external client, but leading and mentoring them to achieve tier goals and build their skills. While at the same time developing complex marketing campaigns that encompass advanced levels of planning and execution. All while maintaining tight deadlines on several projects simultaneously. I have designed and provided creative direction and established branding guidelines for a wide assortment of projects for B2B and B2C that include but are not limited to, advertising, apparel design, 4 color offset and digital print, large format, user interface and user experience, direct mail, multi-page project development, app. development, video production and web design. All while integrating these resources into a holistic marketing campaigns to best deploy them effectively and maximize their results.
I am very pleased to have been involved in
several
unique opportunities of note such as the design and lead for branding
and user interface of a new series of home gyms created by HOIST Fitness
designated the Mi series (pronounced âMyâ), with the first unit being
the Mi6 Functional Trainer, named Home Gym of 2020 by Men's Health
Magazine. This endeavor not only included branding the machine itself,
but also contributing in the design and user interface of the Mi6 and Mi
series as a whole while working closely with HOISTâs in-house team of
engineers.
I am also very pleased to have been project
manager in the production, talent selection and execution of a series of
exercise and promotional videos and photo shoots for use in advertising,
brochure and other promotional item which I designed and commissioned
the printing of several promotional elements centered around the
functional training equipment designated The MotionCage.
